Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify business opportunities and inefficiencies
- Create interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI for real-time performance monitoring
- Develop statistical models to forecast revenue trends and customer behavior patterns
- Present findings to stakeholders through clear, data-driven narratives and visualizations
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve data collection systems and pipeline integrity
- Maintain data governance standards and ensure compliance with privacy regulations
- Mentor junior analysts and champion best practices in data analysis methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- 5+ years of professional data analysis experience with proven track record
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Strong statistical modeling background (regression, clustering, time series)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and big data technologies
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating complex analysis projects and impactful visualizations
- Certification in Tableau or Microsoft Azure Data Engineer preferred
