Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and PowerBI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and data requirements.
- Build and maintain robust SQL queries and Python scripts for data extraction and transformation.
- Present data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across all reporting systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 3-5+ years of proven experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or data science.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn).
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker).
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
