Responsibilities
- Architect and optimize complex data pipelines using SQL and Python for real-time analytics
- Develop interactive dashboards in Tableau/Power BI to visualize KPIs for executive stakeholders
- Conduct advanced statistical modeling and predictive analytics to drive business strategy
- Lead A/B testing frameworks for product optimization and marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and deliver actionable insights
- Maintain data governance frameworks ensuring quality, compliance, and security
- Present findings to C-suite executives with compelling data narratives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (MS/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive experience in data analytics with proven financial services background
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and R statistical packages
- Advanced mastery of Tableau and Power BI with portfolio of enterprise-level dashboards
- Deep understanding of statistical modeling (regression, time series, clustering)
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate data into strategic recommendations
- Certifications in AWS/GCP data platforms or CI/CD pipelines highly valued
