Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and R to uncover market trends and operational insights
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards in Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Lead A/B testing initiatives to optimize marketing campaigns and product features
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business questions into analytical frameworks
- Present findings to C-suite executives through compelling data visualizations and narratives
- Develop automated reporting pipelines to ensure real-time data accessibility
- Mentor junior analysts and champion data literacy organization-wide
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of professional data analysis experience in B2B environments
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and statistical modeling
- Advanced Tableau/Power BI dashboard development skills
- Proven track record of translating complex insights into executive-level recommendations
- Familiarity with energy sector data (oil & gas, utilities) highly advantageous
- Strong project management skills with ability to handle competing priorities
