Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues for internal employees and clients.
- Manage and prioritize incoming help desk tickets using remote support tools.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and peripherals.
- Monitor network performance and report technical anomalies to senior staff.
- Provide exceptional customer service and technical guidance to end-users.
- Participate in system upgrades and IT infrastructure projects under supervision.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in IT or Computer Science is a plus.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows/Linux), and networking concepts.
- Strong problem-solving skills and logical thinking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to new technologies quickly.
- Willingness to obtain relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+) upon employment.
