Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and statistical modeling to identify trends and business opportunities
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI for executive reporting
- Collaborate with product teams to define data requirements and implement tracking solutions
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis to optimize marketing campaigns and user experiences
- Develop automated data pipelines to ensure data accuracy and accessibility across departments
- Present findings to stakeholders through compelling visualizations and actionable recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence with proven track record
- Expert proficiency in SQL and relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL)
- Advanced skills in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn) and R for data manipulation
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, D3.js)
- Knowledge of statistical methods and experimental design
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical insights for non-technical audiences
