Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain network hardware (routers, switches, firewalls)
- Monitor network performance using tools like SolarWinds and Wireshark

- Provide Tier 2 support to resolve escalated user issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on infrastructure projects
- Participate in on-call rotation for critical system monitoring
Qualifications

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
