Responsibilities
- Execute manual test cases and scripts across web/mobile applications
- Document defects using JIRA with clear steps and severity levels
- Collaborate with developers to reproduce and verify bug fixes
- Participate in Agile sprint planning and retrospectives
- Conduct regression testing on new software builds
- Create test documentation and user acceptance criteria
- Automate repetitive tests using Selenium/Cypress (training provided)
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Basic computer literacy and internet navigation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
