Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and statistical modeling techniques to identify trends and opportunities
- Create interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau/Power BI to communicate insights to stakeholders
- Partner with product and marketing teams to design experiments and measure campaign performance
- Develop automated data pipelines to ensure accuracy and efficiency in reporting workflows
- Present findings to executive leadership with clear, actionable recommendations
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to best practices in data governance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or analytics
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical analysis skills and experience with A/B testing methodologies
- Proven ability to translate complex data into business narratives for non-technical audiences
- Experience working in remote or hybrid team environments
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
