Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals
- Document and track IT support requests using ticketing systems
- Assist with cybersecurity best practices and data protection protocols
- Collaborate with senior IT staff on infrastructure projects
- Participate in cross-departmental IT initiatives
- Learn and implement cloud service solutions (AWS/Azure basics)
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; pursuing or completed IT certification/degree preferred
- Basic understanding of Windows/macOS operating systems
