Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain automated data pipelines using Python and SQL to ensure real-time data accessibility
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau to communicate KPIs to executive stakeholders
- Conduct statistical analysis and A/B testing to optimize marketing campaigns and product features
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define analytical requirements and deliver actionable recommendations
- Monitor data quality metrics and implement data governance frameworks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis with proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and Tableau
- Strong understanding of statistical methodologies and experimental design
- Proven ability to translate complex data findings into compelling business narratives
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and data warehousing solutions
