Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain automated reporting dashboards using SQL, Python, and Power BI
- Analyze large datasets to identify market trends and customer behavior patterns
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and track performance metrics
- Create predictive models to forecast business outcomes and support strategic planning
- Present findings to executive stakeholders through compelling visualizations and narratives
- Implement data quality improvements and optimize ETL processes
- Lead ad-hoc analyses to support product launches and marketing campaigns
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with SQL proficiency
- Advanced knowledge of Python (Pandas, NumPy) and visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Experience with statistical modeling and machine learning techniques
- Proven ability to translate complex data into business recommendations
- Strong attention to detail with exceptional problem-solving skills
- Experience working in fintech or financial services preferred
