Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify trends and business opportunities
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI
- Create comprehensive reports and presentations for executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with product teams to define KPIs and track performance metrics
- Design and implement data collection systems to ensure quality and accuracy
- Lead A/B testing initiatives to optimize business strategies
- Mentor junior analysts and promote data literacy across departments
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles
- Expert proficiency in SQL and data manipulation libraries (Pandas, dplyr)
- Advanced skills in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker)
- Strong statistical knowledge and experimental design experience
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical insights
- Portfolio demonstrating impactful data projects
