Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable data models using SQL and Python to optimize business KPIs
- Develop interactive Tableau dashboards for executive stakeholders across product, sales, and operations
- Lead A/B testing frameworks to evaluate user engagement strategies
- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate data pipelines into production systems
- Present findings to C-suite executives through compelling visual narratives
- Maintain data governance standards and documentation best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years in data analysis with SQL, Python (Pandas), and Tableau expertise
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and ETL processes
- Strong statistical modeling background with hypothesis testing proficiency
- Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end analytics projects
- Excellent communication skills translating technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Certification in Tableau or AWS Data Analytics preferred
