Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify market trends and operational inefficiencies
- Design and implement automated reporting dashboards using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and track performance metrics
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical modeling to optimize marketing campaigns
- Present findings to C-suite executives through compelling data visualizations and narrative storytelling
- Maintain data integrity through ETL processes and quality assurance protocols
- Mentor junior analysts and lead ad-hoc data projects as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive data analysis experience with SQL proficiency
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and statistical software (Python/R)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and big data technologies
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate technical insights into strategic recommendations
- Certifications in Google Analytics or AWS Data Analytics are highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills with proven ability to present complex data to non-technical audiences
