Responsibilities
- Analyze large-scale datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify trends and opportunities
- Design and maintain automated reporting dashboards using Tableau and Looker
- Partner with product teams to define metrics and track KPIs
- Conduct A/B tests and statistical analyses to inform strategic decisions
- Present findings to executive stakeholders through compelling visualizations
- Optimize data pipelines for efficiency and accuracy

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Expert proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (Python/R)
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Proven ability to translate complex data into business recommendations
- Experience with cloud platforms (BigQuery, AWS, GCP)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
