Responsibilities
- Analyze large-scale datasets using SQL, Python, and BI tools to identify trends and business opportunities
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau/Power BI to visualize KPIs and performance metrics
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to implement data-driven solutions
- Design and maintain data pipelines ensuring accuracy and efficiency of analytics workflows
- Present findings to executive stakeholders with clear, compelling data narratives
- Lead A/B testing initiatives to optimize product features and marketing campaigns
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis with demonstrated portfolio of impactful projects
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and visualization tools
- Strong statistical modeling and experimental design skills
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and data warehousing
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex insights for non-technical audiences
- Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
