Responsibilities
- Analyze large-scale datasets using SQL, Python, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) to identify business trends and opportunities
- Design and maintain automated reporting dashboards using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Partner with product teams to define KPIs and conduct A/B testing for feature optimization
- Present findings to C-suite executives through compelling visual narratives and data stories
- Lead data quality initiatives and implement ETL pipelines for real-time analytics
- Mentor junior analysts on best practices in data visualization and statistical modeling
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics with 2+ years at tech companies
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Strong statistical knowledge with experience in experimental design and causal inference
- Proven track record of translating data into business strategy recommendations
- Experience with cloud data warehouses (BigQuery, Redshift) and ML frameworks
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- Excellent communication skills with ability to simplify complex concepts
