Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust data pipelines and ETL processes to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Develop interactive, user-friendly dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and PowerBI to track real-time KPIs.
- Conduct deep-dive statistical analysis and predictive modeling to identify market trends and business opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Finance, Operations) to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Automate reporting workflows to increase efficiency and reduce manual errors.
- Maintain and optimize the company's data warehouse architecture.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or data engineering.
- Expert proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Snowflake) for complex data extraction and manipulation.
- Strong programming skills in Python or R for advanced data manipulation and machine learning tasks.
- Proven experience with visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate insights clearly to executive leadership.
