Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and R to uncover actionable business insights
- Develop interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Lead A/B testing initiatives to optimize digital marketing campaigns across South Florida
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and track performance metrics
- Present findings to C-suite executives through compelling data storytelling
- Maintain and improve data pipelines using ETL tools like AWS Glue
- mentor junior analysts and champion data literacy across departments
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of professional data analysis experience in B2B technology
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL/Redshift preferred)
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong Python programming with pandas/scikit-learn
- Proven experience with statistical analysis and hypothesis testing
- Excellent communication skills translating technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) a plus
