Responsibilities
- Analyze complex healthcare datasets to identify trends and deliver predictive insights
- Design and maintain ETL pipelines using SQL and Python for data processing
- Create executive-level dashboards in Power BI/Tableau with interactive visualizations
- Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business questions into analytical frameworks
- Present findings to C-level stakeholders through compelling data narratives
- Implement A/B testing frameworks to measure campaign effectiveness
- Mentor junior analysts through our peer-coaching program
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with healthcare/medical data
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and visualization tools
- Strong statistical modeling skills (regression, clustering, time-series)
- Certification in AWS/GCP analytics platform or equivalent
- Experience with HIPAA-compliant data handling protocols
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ end-to-end analytical projects
