Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls
- Monitor network performance using tools like SolarWinds and Wireshark
- Resolve network outages and implement preventive maintenance
- Collaborate with security teams on VPN implementations and threat mitigation
- Document network topology and update IT asset inventory
- Support cloud services integration including AWS and Azure
- Train junior staff on network protocols and best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years of enterprise network administration experience
- CCNA/CCNP certification required (Security+ preferred)
- Expert knowledge of TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, and VLANs
- Proficiency in network automation with Python/Ansible
- Experience with SD-WAN and network virtualization
- Strong problem-solving skills with SIEM tools
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
