Responsibilities
- Analyze large-scale healthcare datasets to identify trends and opportunities for operational improvements
- Develop and maintain automated reporting dashboards using SQL, Python, and Tableau
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Present findings to executive leadership through compelling visualizations and data narratives
- Implement A/B testing frameworks to validate data-driven hypotheses
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous quality control processes
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to best practices documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- 5+ years of professional data analysis experience with healthcare industry preference
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and visualization tools
- Strong statistical analysis skills with experimental design knowledge
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and ETL processes
- Excellent communication skills for presenting to non-technical stakeholders
- Certification in Tableau or AWS Data Analytics preferred
