What You'll Do
Your primary focus will be to uncover trends, performance metrics, and correlations in data sets to help us optimize our products and services. You will be the voice of data within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Design and maintain complex SQL queries and ETL processes to support data extraction and transformation.
- Build interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI to present key performance indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders.
- Conduct in-depth statistical analysis and predictive modeling to forecast market trends and user behavior.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define data requirements and implement data governance standards.
- Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to non-technical audiences through reports and presentations.
- Identify data quality issues and implement solutions to ensure accuracy and integrity.
Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of professional experience in Data Analysis or Business Intelligence.
- Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and scripting languages like Python or R.
- Advanced knowledge of data visualization tools, specifically Tableau and/or Power BI.
- Strong understanding of statistical analysis, A/B testing, and experimental design.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical data into business value.
