Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end data analysis solutions using SQL, Python, and visualization tools
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau/Power BI to communicate KPIs to stakeholders
- Perform statistical modeling and predictive analytics to identify market trends and opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Lead A/B testing initiatives and experimental design to optimize product performance
- Maintain and improve data quality frameworks ensuring 99.9% data integrity
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to continuous improvement of analytics processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of professional data analysis experience with proven track record
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and R programming
- Advanced Tableau/Power BI skills with portfolio of complex visualizations
- Strong statistical knowledge (hypothesis testing, regression analysis, time series)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and big data technologies
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Certification in Google Analytics, AWS Data Analytics, or equivalent preferred
