Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end data pipelines using SQL, Python, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Develop advanced analytical models to predict customer behavior and optimize financial products
- Create interactive Tableau dashboards for executive leadership and cross-functional teams
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis to measure campaign effectiveness
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Maintain data governance frameworks ensuring compliance with financial regulations
- Mentor junior analysts and lead quarterly data quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of professional data analysis experience in financial services or fintech
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Strong statistical modeling experience with regression, clustering, and time series analysis
- Certification in Tableau, AWS, or Google Cloud Analytics (or equivalent experience)
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex findings for non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with regulatory compliance in financial data handling (GDPR/CCPA)
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ end-to-end analytical projects
