Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify trends and generate insights
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and track performance metrics
- Design and implement data validation protocols ensuring accuracy across all deliverables
- Present findings to leadership through compelling visual storytelling and executive summaries
- Maintain and optimize data pipelines using ETL processes (AWS/GCP preferred)
- Mentor junior analysts on best practices in data governance and analytics
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of professional data analytics experience with SQL proficiency
- Expert knowledge in visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI) and statistical analysis
- Experience in energy, healthcare, or manufacturing industries strongly preferred
- Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and complex formulas
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and big data technologies
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills for translating technical insights to non-technical audiences
