Responsibilities
- Design and implement complex data models and ETL processes to support business intelligence initiatives.
- Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that impact business performance.
- Create interactive, high-level dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and solution architectures.
- Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders through clear, compelling storytelling.
- Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across all reporting platforms.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server).
- Experience with Python or R for data manipulation and statistical analysis.
- Strong visualization skills with tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
