Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and advanced statistical modeling to identify trends and opportunities
- Create interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI for real-time performance monitoring
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into analytical solutions
- Develop automated reporting pipelines to enhance operational efficiency
- Present findings to stakeholders through compelling visualizations and actionable recommendations
- Maintain data quality standards and implement governance best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive data analysis experience with proven impact
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and visualization tools
- Strong statistical modeling background with A/B testing experience
- Certification in Tableau or Microsoft Power BI preferred
- Excellent communication skills with ability to simplify complex concepts
- Experience in retail, logistics, or healthcare analytics a plus
