Responsibilities
- Design and execute end-to-end data pipelines using SQL, Python, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Develop interactive Tableau dashboards tracking KPIs for client retention and operational efficiency
- Conduct A/B tests and statistical modeling to optimize marketing campaigns
- Present findings to executive stakeholders through compelling data narratives
- Maintain data governance frameworks ensuring HIPAA/FERPA compliance
- Mentor junior analysts through our structured career development program
Qualifications
- 5+ years analyzing complex datasets in healthcare/finance sectors
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and visualization tools
- Advanced certification in Google Cloud Platform or AWS
- Experience building predictive models with scikit-learn or equivalent
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ end-to-end analytics projects
- Strong communicator able to translate technical insights for non-technical audiences
- Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field
