Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end data pipelines using SQL, Python, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Translate complex business questions into analytical frameworks and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and track performance metrics
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis to optimize product features
- Present findings to executive stakeholders through compelling data narratives
- Maintain data quality governance and documentation standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis with demonstrated impact in tech industry
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and visualization tools
- Strong statistical knowledge and experimental design capabilities
- Experience with cloud data warehouses (Snowflake/BigQuery) and ETL processes
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
