Responsibilities
- Advanced Data Visualization: Design and maintain interactive dashboards (Tableau/PowerBI) to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and present complex data trends to stakeholders.
- Statistical Modeling: Conduct deep-dive statistical analysis and predictive modeling to forecast market trends and customer behavior.
- Data Strategy: Collaborate with engineering and product teams to optimize data pipelines and ensure data quality and integrity.
- Reporting: Generate comprehensive weekly and monthly reports that drive strategic decision-making across the organization.
- Problem Solving: Identify business problems and propose data-driven solutions to improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 4-6 years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (Advanced), Python/R, and cloud data warehousing (Snowflake/BigQuery).
- Tools: Strong command of visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, or PowerBI.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate technical findings into clear, actionable insights for non-technical audiences.
