Responsibilities
- Analyze large-scale datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify business trends and opportunities
- Design and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards for executive stakeholders
- Lead A/B testing initiatives and statistical modeling for product optimization
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement data pipelines and ETL processes
- Present findings to C-suite executives through compelling data narratives
- Maintain data governance standards and ensure regulatory compliance (HIPAA/GDPR)

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- 5+ years of professional data analysis experience with healthcare or fintech data
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong understanding of statistical methods and experimental design
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and data warehousing
