As a Data Analyst, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to transform raw data into compelling visual stories. You will be responsible for maintaining our data infrastructure, building robust reporting dashboards, and providing strategic recommendations that fuel our growth. Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Integration: Gather, clean, and integrate data from various sources to ensure a single source of truth for the organization.
- Dashboard Development: Design and develop interactive dashboards using BI tools (Tableau, Power BI) to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform advanced statistical analysis and forecasting to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Report Generation: Create comprehensive weekly and monthly reports that summarize data findings and present them to management in a clear, concise manner.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and engineers to define data requirements and improve data collection processes.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor data accuracy and integrity, identifying and resolving data quality issues proactively.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: 3-5+ years of professional experience in data analysis or a related role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL for database querying and Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Visualization: Strong working knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into business-friendly insights.
- Tools: Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) is a plus.
