Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify trends and business opportunities
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations in Tableau and Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Develop automated reporting pipelines to deliver real-time performance metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and deliver actionable insights
- Present findings to C-suite executives through compelling data storytelling
- Maintain data quality standards and implement data governance best practices
- Lead A/B testing initiatives to optimize marketing campaigns and product features
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and experience with cloud data warehouses (AWS Redshift, BigQuery)
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and statistical analysis
- Strong programming skills in Python (Pandas, NumPy) or R
- Experience with ETL processes and data pipeline development
- Proven track record of translating complex data into business recommendations
- Certification in Google Analytics, Tableau, or AWS Data Analytics is a plus
