Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify trends and business opportunities
- Create compelling visualizations with Tableau and Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Develop automated reporting systems to monitor KPIs and performance metrics
- Collaborate with product teams to design data-driven experiments and A/B tests
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous validation and quality control processes
- Present findings to leadership through clear, concise dashboards and presentations
- mentor junior analysts and contribute to best practices documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis with proven remote work capability
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and statistical analysis
- Advanced skills in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and ETL processes
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical insights for non-technical audiences
