Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable business insights
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, and custom tools
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and design data collection methodologies
- Create automated reporting systems to monitor key performance metrics
- Present findings to executive leadership through compelling visualizations
- Optimize data pipelines for improved efficiency and accuracy
- Mentor junior analysts and champion best practices in data governance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive experience in data analytics or business intelligence
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and R
- Advanced experience with data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical modeling and hypothesis testing skills
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and ETL processes
- Proven ability to translate complex data into business recommendations
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
