Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth data analysis and statistical modeling to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker to track KPIs and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to define data requirements and ensure data quality.
- Perform data cleaning and validation to ensure the accuracy and integrity of our datasets.
- Communicate complex findings and insights to non-technical stakeholders in clear, concise presentations.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in the San Diego area.
- Expert proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating large datasets.
- Strong programming skills in Python or R for advanced analytics and automation.
- Experience with cloud data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, AWS Redshift) is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
