The Role
As a Senior Data Analyst, you will own the end-to-end data lifecycle for key business units. You will not only interpret data but also build the visualizations that tell the story behind the numbers.
Responsibilities
- Advanced Data Visualization: Design and maintain interactive dashboards in Tableau and Power BI to monitor real-time KPIs and business performance.
- Deep-Dive Analysis: Conduct complex statistical analysis and trend forecasting to identify growth opportunities and mitigate risks.
- SQL Mastery: Write optimized, complex SQL queries and scripts to extract, clean, and transform large datasets from various sources.
- Stakeholder Reporting: Present analytical findings to executive leadership and cross-functional teams in clear, persuasive formats.
- Data Strategy: Collaborate with engineering and product teams to improve data quality and develop scalable data pipelines.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Finance, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 4+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python (Pandas, NumPy) is mandatory.
- Visualization: Strong portfolio demonstrating experience with Tableau or Power BI.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate technical concepts into business value for non-technical stakeholders.
