As a key member of our analytics team, you will work closely with cross-functional departments to identify trends, solve complex problems, and present your findings in a clear, compelling manner.
Responsibilities
- Analyze Complex Data: Collect, clean, and interpret large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and correlations that influence business outcomes.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and develop interactive data visualizations and dashboards (using tools like Tableau or Power BI) to provide real-time insights to stakeholders.
- Reporting: Create comprehensive reports and executive summaries that communicate key findings and recommendations to management.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement by analyzing current workflows and suggesting data-driven solutions.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers, engineers, and business units to understand their data needs and ensure data accuracy.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (writing complex queries), Python or R, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically about data integrity and business logic.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical data into non-technical insights for diverse audiences.
