Responsibilities
- Data Strategy & Analysis: Design and execute complex data analysis projects to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities that drive business growth.
- Visualization: Develop interactive dashboards and visual reports using Tableau and Power BI to communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.
- Database Management: Write efficient SQL queries to extract, clean, and transform large datasets from various sources, ensuring data integrity.
- Process Optimization: Automate manual reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce turnaround time for critical business metrics.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with product managers, marketing, and operations teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and data requirements.
- Model Development: Build predictive models to forecast trends and support long-term strategic planning.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 3-5 years of proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python (Pandas, NumPy). Experience with ETL processes is a plus.
- Tools: Advanced knowledge of data visualization tools, specifically Tableau or Power BI.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot data issues and derive actionable insights.
