Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex data models and interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI.
- Perform deep-dive data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and implement reporting solutions.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity through rigorous testing and validation processes.
- Present findings and recommendations to executive leadership in a clear, concise manner.
- Optimize data pipelines and ETL processes to improve system performance and speed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python or R.
- Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Experience with A/B testing and statistical analysis methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
