What You'll Achieve:
You'll own end-to-end data analytics projects, from data pipeline optimization to executive-level reporting, directly influencing product strategy and revenue growth. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven solutions that power our 5M+ user platform.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain automated data pipelines using SQL and Python
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations in Tableau/Power BI
- Analyze user behavior metrics to inform product development decisions
- Develop statistical models for forecasting and trend analysis
- Present findings to C-suite executives and stakeholders
- Mentor junior analysts on best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 4+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and visualization tools
- Strong statistical analysis and experimental design skills
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Portfolio demonstrating complex data projects
- Excellent communication and storytelling abilities
