- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities using SQL, Python, and visualization tools
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports in Tableau/Power BI to support executive decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into data solutions
- Design and implement A/B tests to validate hypotheses and optimize key metrics
- Automate reporting workflows to improve efficiency and ensure data accuracy

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with SQL, Python (Pandas), and visualization tools
- Expertise in statistical analysis and experimental design methodologies
- Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable business recommendations
- Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and ETL processes
- Strong communication skills with ability to present to technical and non-technical audiences
