Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, and BI tools to identify trends and business opportunities
- Develop interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data findings into strategic recommendations
- Design and implement A/B tests to optimize product performance metrics
- Create automated reporting pipelines to deliver real-time insights
- Maintain data quality standards through rigorous validation protocols
- Present complex findings to non-technical audiences through compelling visualizations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with SQL proficiency
- Expert knowledge of Python (Pandas, NumPy) and R statistical packages
- Advanced experience with data visualization tools (Tableau or Power BI)
- Strong understanding of statistical methodologies and experimental design
- Proven ability to translate business questions into analytical frameworks
- Experience working in remote team environments with asynchronous communication
- Certification in AWS Data Analytics or Google Data Analytics preferred
