As a key member of our analytics team, you will be responsible for transforming raw data into actionable insights, creating compelling visualizations, and collaborating with cross-functional departments to solve complex business problems.
- Partner with stakeholders to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
- Design, develop, and maintain complex SQL queries and database models.
- Create interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI to visualize data trends.
- Perform deep-dive statistical analysis to uncover patterns, trends, and anomalies.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reporting platforms.
- Automate reporting processes to increase team productivity and reduce manual errors.
Responsibilities
- Data Mining & Extraction: Utilize SQL and Python to extract, clean, and transform large datasets from various sources.
- Visual Storytelling: Develop clear, concise, and visually appealing dashboards that tell a data-driven story to non-technical audiences.
- Forecasting & Modeling: Build predictive models to forecast market trends and customer behavior.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in current reporting workflows and implement automated solutions.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as a trusted advisor to management, translating complex data into strategic recommendations.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct rigorous testing of data pipelines and validation of analytical results.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Snowflake) and Python (Pandas, NumPy).
- Visualization: Expert level experience with Tableau or Power BI.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex data findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Tools: Familiarity with ETL tools (e.g., Airflow, Talend) and version control (Git) is a plus.
