Responsibilities
- Design and execute complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze multi-terabyte datasets from cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Create interactive Tableau dashboards tracking key performance indicators for 15+ product lines
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement A/B testing frameworks and measure feature impact
- Develop predictive models using Python (Pandas, Scikit-learn) to forecast market trends and user behavior
- Present findings to executive stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and narrative reports
- Lead cross-functional data governance initiatives ensuring compliance with HIPAA/PCI-DSS standards
- Mentor junior analysts through peer review sessions and knowledge-sharing workshops
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive data analysis experience with proven impact in tech or SaaS environments
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python, and Tableau with portfolio demonstrating complex analysis projects
- Strong understanding of statistical modeling techniques (regression, clustering, time-series analysis)
- Experience with cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery) and ETL pipelines (Airflow, dbt)
- Certification in Google Analytics, AWS Data Analytics, or equivalent preferred
- Exceptional storytelling ability to translate technical insights into actionable business strategies
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ end-to-end data projects with measurable business outcomes
