Responsibilities
- Data Strategy & Architecture: Lead the end-to-end data analysis process, from requirement gathering to final reporting, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Visualization & Storytelling: Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to provide real-time insights to executive leadership.
- SQL & ETL: Develop complex SQL queries and scripts to extract, clean, and transform large datasets from multiple sources.
- Statistical Modeling: Apply advanced statistical techniques and predictive modeling to forecast trends and support strategic decision-making.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Finance, Operations) to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Data Scientist.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and Excel.
- Tools: Strong hands-on experience with visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate technical data into business value.
