Responsibilities
- Analyze large-scale datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify market trends and business opportunities
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and develop data-driven roadmaps
- Conduct A/B tests and statistical analyses to optimize product features and marketing campaigns
- Create automated reporting pipelines to ensure real-time data accuracy and accessibility
- Present complex findings to non-technical audiences through compelling visualizations and narratives
- Maintain data governance frameworks ensuring quality, security, and compliance standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 4+ years of professional data analysis experience with proven track record
- Expert proficiency in SQL and relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL)
- Advanced skills in Python (Pandas, NumPy) and R for statistical modeling
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, D3.js)
- Deep understanding of statistical methodologies and experimental design
