Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable data pipelines to automate reporting and analytics processes
- Develop advanced SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources
- Create compelling data visualizations using Tableau and Power BI to communicate insights to stakeholders
- Conduct A/B tests and statistical analyses to optimize product features and marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve data collection systems and data quality
- Present findings to executive leadership with clear recommendations for strategic decisions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis with proven track record of driving business impact
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Strong statistical knowledge and experience with experimental design
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and big data technologies
